Through TrueInvoice, we may collect the following categories of student data: personal identification information such as full name, date of birth, national identity or passport number, and contact details including email address, phone number, and residential address; academic records including enrolment details, course registrations, grades, transcripts, and examination results; financial records including fee payments, invoices, outstanding balances, and scholarship details; and attendance and disciplinary records.
Purpose of Data Collection
All student data collected through TrueInvoice is used strictly for academic and administrative purposes, including managing student enrolment and course registration, recording and tracking academic performance and progress, generating invoices and processing fee payments, communicating important academic and administrative information, maintaining attendance and conduct records, producing official academic documents such as transcripts and certificates, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
No Sharing with Third Parties
Blackstone School of Law & Business does not share, sell, rent, or disclose any student data collected through TrueInvoice to any third party. Student information is accessible only to authorised Blackstone staff members who require it for legitimate academic or administrative functions.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect student data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to TrueInvoice is restricted to authorised personnel only and is protected by secure login credentials.
Data Retention
Student data is retained for the duration of a student's enrolment and for such additional period as may be required for academic record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and institutional obligations. Upon the expiry of the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Student Rights
Students have the right to access their personal data held on TrueInvoice, request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data, and request information about how their data is being used.
